We are a dedicated bookkeeping firm. Our focus is only on your books and payroll. We do not do Tax returns as we leave that for your Accountants. We work with your Accountant as needed to ensure your books are being done to their requirements.
We offer payroll service, sales tax filing, quarterly estimated tax payments if needed for your company. I work with the accountant and client to have your estimated income taxes paid in for the year as to avoid a tax bill surprise at tax filing. This can be done via payroll taxes or estimated quarterly taxes.
Let us introduce ourselves
My company is located in Snowfake, AZ and we have clients from Florida to California. We will do as much or as little work on your books as you need. We can set up your books so you can start out your company correctly, do training or do your books completely. Whatever you need. We offer monthly service and will have your financial reports to you every month by 20th of the following month.
Our team: professional and competent
Your company will be assigned a team member to do your books every month. Year End reports are sent to your accountant by end of Jan. for your income tax filings. Every month your will receive your month end financial reports so you can manage your company as the business owner.
